A totally new layout makes the most use out of the space and creates multiple well-defined areas.
The original kitchen was situated along a curved wall, which is now a small dining area. The curved kitchen was compounded by an awkward layout and a lot of unused space upon entering the house.
With a little rearranging, removal of walls, and installation of a very large steel beam we were able to create a beautiful, functional kitchen and entry for this home.
The beam required 5 people to carefully maneuver the driveway and garage, into the house and be installed. The results are worth it!
