This project features one of our more dramatic before-after comparisons. In the original 1800s house this space was an unfinished attic covered in dust and cobwebs. Now it’s host to an open-concept bathroom, spacious bedroom, and walk-in closet with laundry.  The tiled flooring surrounding the bathroom helps create a visual separation for that area. The steel cables across the roof are a structural element that contributes to the modern design.
