This kitchen renovation features many upgrades – an open concept layout, an expansive single-tier island, custom inset cabinetry, integrated cabinetry lighting, and new appliances to name a few.

To achieve the open concept between the kitchen and the living room we added a steel beam where the wall was opened up, reinforced with steel columns in the basement and first floor. New hardwood flooring throughout the living room helps carry your eyes throughout the whole space.
