The home was a shell at the start of construction after the removal of fire-damaged materials. It provided a clean slate for a young couple to create a gorgeous home full of custom carpentry that provides updated design while remaining aligned with tradition.
Construction on a fire-damaged home in German Village meant coordinating street closures for equipment and scaffolding, working on the third floor while being able to see all the way to the basement at times, and a unique opportunity to restore an older home.
